C’Way's Cleaning Services, LLC By using this website or booking services with C’ Ways Cleaning Services, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


SERVICES: C’ Ways Cleaning Services, LLC provides residential and/or commercial cleaning services based on the service description agreed upon at the time of booking.Service details, pricing, and schedules will be confirmed prior to the service appointment.


QUANTITIES AND PRICING:  Quotes provided through the website, email, or phone are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may change if:

  • The size of the property differs from what was described  
  • The level of cleaning required is greater than expected  
  • Additional services are requested  

Customers will be informed of any pricing changes before services are completed.


PAYMENTS: Payment is due according to the agreement made when scheduling services.  Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, electronic payments, or other approved methods. Payments processed through the website are handled by secure third-party payment providers. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services or additional fees.


APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS:  Customers are responsible for providing accurate scheduling information. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you provide reasonable notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to cancellation fees.


ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. C’ Way's Cleaning Services, LLC is not responsible for delays or incomplete services if access to the property cannot be provided.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: While we take great care in delivering professional cleaning services, C’ Ways Cleaning Services, LLC is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to surfaces or materials  
  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear  
  • Items not properly secured or disclosed prior to cleaning  

Customers should inform us of any fragile items or special cleaning instructions before the service begins.


WEBSITE USE: All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of C’ Way's Cleaning Services, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.


EXTERNAL LINKS: Our website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or policies of those external websites.


CHANGES TO TERMS: C’ Way's Cleaning Services, LLC may update these Terms & Conditions at anytime. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted indicates acceptance of those changes.


CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:  C’ Way's Cleaning Services, LLC values our customers' time and works hard to maintain an efficient schedule. This policy helps ensure fair scheduling for all clients. Therefore we do not provide refunds on cancellations.


APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, we request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.  Also Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be subject to a late cancellation fee, which helps cover scheduling and labor costs.


MISSED APPOINTMENTS: If our team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the property due to:

  • Locked doors  
  • No one present to provide access  
  • Pets not secured  
  • Utilities not available  

the appointment may be considered a missed appointment and a service fee may apply.


REFUND POLICY: Cleaning services are time-based services, and therefore refunds are generally not issued once services have been completed.However, if there is a concern with the quality of service, customers should notify C’ Way's Cleaning Services, LLC within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment. We will review the issue and may offer a reasonable resolution, such as a touch-up cleaning if appropriate.


PAYMENT DISPUTES: Customers agree to contact C’ Way's Cleaning Services, LLC directly regarding any concerns with services before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks with financial institutions.


CHANGES TO THIS POLICY: C’ Way's Cleaning Services, LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this website.
